Lennar is the Wish of home builders. Stay clear or you will end up with a poorly constructed pile of junk. Customer service is non existent and they do not stand by their warranty. Granted they give me 5k towards closing cost for the first and then give me 10k toward closing cost for the 2nd becuase I am a repreat customer. Both went very smooth and closed on time.
