In 28 inch barrels it would be OK, 32 is long for field carry. It depends how far you walk, how thick the cover, etc.Green dot is a great powder for heavy loads with high velocities. There are better powders for 7/8 such as American select, Clays/Clay dot & E3 to name a few. With 7/8 Oz. you don't generate enough pressure to get a good burn with Green dot.
