Hydroid rework.

Seeing as Hydroid is a water warframe I was thinking of adding the properties of water to the new passive (water being conductive and easy to freeze). Most of the abilities have been altered and the passive helps the abilities to become better. [Passive] Soaked: Enemies hit by 1st, 2nd or 3rd abi...Hydroid has a nice, broad niche as a tanky armor stripper now. His 1 no longer interferes with your gameplay, his 2 is basically Rolling Guard without a mod slot, his 3 is a nice damage buff that makes all enemy armor a non-issue and adds player armor at a good rate, and his 4 no longer makes enemies impossible to shoot. Hello everyone, there have been discussions recently about tuning up Hydroid because he is very bad and I find myself wholeheartedly agreeing, so I thought I'd make a post about my ideas for a theoretical Hydroid rework. Ultimately I would essentially like to take the ideas of Vauban, Baruuk, and Grendel. Almost all my Hydroid builds have 100% ability efficiency, and the one that's at 45% has Nourish and Energy Siphon to make up for it. Ability duration is a self-explanatory benefit. Truth be told, I'd like one more of each of the three for full comfort (more casting speed still makes for a perceivable difference, 450 instead of 375 max energy ... Finally, Hydroid's last ability. Right now, this is just a worse version of Khora's 4th - the enemies are hard to hit while they are flailing around, it does no damage, and it hits much less enemies than Khora's Strangledome. This needs a rework, firstly to make the enemies easier to hit, and also to have more synergy with his other abilities.

The hydroid rework is alright, but it would have been nice if they touched on his base stats. They gave him an armor buff ability, but the armor buff doesn't affect the shield, which he primarily uses. At least it's a good damage buff.
