Hello, I have an issue that started happening about a month ago and everything was fine for the first 5 months of service. Like the subject says, I am getting massive ping spikes or basically 100% packet loss at every 15 minutes intervals, throughout the day, everyday. It's definitely NOT random.The next hop always has a packet loss % equal to 100% - the packet loss at the 4th hop. For example, if the 4th hop has 79% loss, the 5th hop has 21% loss; if the 4th hop has 66% loss, the 5th hop has 34% loss; etc. I just tried running Ping commands to the 3rd and 4th hops.
